1. General Information

HRBC is operated with the goal of providing healthy, well-socialized Russian Blue kittens to loving homes. We prioritize transparency, animal welfare, and client satisfaction throughout the adoption process.


2. Kitten Availability and Selection

  • Kittens listed on the Website are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We update our listings regularly, but availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed.

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us for updated pictures, videos, or personality traits before placing a reservation.


3. Reservation and Payment Policy

  • To reserve a kitten, the client is required to pay 50% of the listed price as a non-refundable deposit.

  • This deposit secures your chosen kitten and removes it from the available listings.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to or at the time of pickup/delivery.

  • Payments can be made via [insert accepted payment methods: e.g., Cashapp, bank transfer, Zelle, etc.].

Why 50% upfront?
We believe in fairness and mutual commitment. Your deposit helps us cover initial care costs (such as vaccinations, vet checks, food, and housing) and ensures that each kitten is reserved responsibly. This system benefits both the buyer and us by guaranteeing that each kitten goes to a serious, committed home.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to provide the kitten (e.g., health issues or unavailability).

  • If you cancel your reservation after making the deposit, the funds may be forfeited, as the kitten will have been held specifically for you and unavailable to others.


5. Health Guarantee

  • All kittens come with a basic health guarantee and are examined by a licensed veterinarian before rehoming.

  • They will be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

  • Clients are encouraged to take their kitten to a veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for a health confirmation.

  • If a serious health issue is confirmed within this period, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on circumstances.


6. Pickup and Delivery

  • Local pickup is available by appointment only.

  • Delivery or transportation options may be available at an additional cost and must be discussed during the reservation process.

  • Clients are responsible for any travel or shipping arrangements unless otherwise agreed.


7. Ownership and Responsibility

  • Once the final payment is made and the kitten is handed over, full ownership and responsibility transfer to the client.

  • Clients are expected to provide proper care, love, and attention to their new companion.


8. Privacy and Communication

  • Any personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for communication related to kitten adoption or Website updates.

  • We may contact you via email or phone for updates about your reserved kitten or upcoming litters, unless you opt out.


9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


By placing a deposit or purchasing a kitten through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
